Service & Repair Technician
You know your way around a system. We need someone who can run service calls independently -and skillfully perform troubleshooting, repairs, startups, and winterizations. If you’ve got 2+ years of irrigation experience and want to work for a company that respects your skills, this is it.
REQUIREMENTS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- 2+ years irrigation experience
- Independently troubleshoot and repair underground sprinkler and drip systems, including heads, nozzles, valves, wiring, and controllers
- Perform general and seasonal system maintenance including startups and winterizations
- Effectively assess and adjust water efficiency and coverage
- Repeatedly lift 50+ pounds and kneel/bend/stoop/perform physical labor for extended periods
- Work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions including heat, humidity, and cold
- Keep work vehicle clean and organized
- Properly service and maintain all tools and equipment
- Follow all company policies and best practices to ensure a safe work environment
- Age 21+ with valid driver’s license issued by a U.S. state or territory (required for insurance)
- Reliable transportation to our 37209 Nashville area office (transportation to job sites is provided)
PREFERENCES:
- Ability to diagnose and repair 2-wire systems
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Experience with pump systems and well connections

MANAGEMENT TRACK

Lead Installation Technician
Are you an expert at installing irrigation systems? We need someone who can run installations independently and skillfully perform troubleshooting, repairs, startups, and winterizations. If you’ve got 2+ years of irrigation experience and want to work for a company that values your abilities and treats you like a person, join our team. This position is a management-track position.
REQUIREMENTS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- 2+ years irrigation experience
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Independently lead irrigation installation projects from layout to finished system
- Read irrigation design plans and install system accordingly
- Supervise, transport, and direct installation crew
- Complete projects on schedule and within budgeted hours
- Document time and materials used daily
- Maintain a clean, organized job site and work vehicle
- Communicate effectively and professionally with crew, management, suppliers, and customers
- Repeatedly lift 50+ pounds and kneel/bend/stoop/perform physical labor for extended periods
- Work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions including heat, humidity, and cold
- Properly service and maintain all tools and equipment
- Follow all company policies and best practices to ensure a safe work environment
- Age 21+ with valid driver’s license issued by a U.S. state or territory (required for insurance)
- Reliable transportation to our 37209 Nashville area office (transportation to job sites is provided)
PREFERENCES:
- Ability to install 2-wire systems
- Perform material take-offs
- Experience with pump systems and well connections
IMMEDIATE NEED
$15+ Increase at 120 days

Irrigation Apprentice
No irrigation experience? No problem. If you’re reliable, coachable, and want to learn a real trade with a real career path, we’ll teach you everything. We’re looking for the right attitude, not a resume.

- Strong work ethic and attendance record
- Reliable transportation to 37209 office location
- Ability to repeatedly lift 50+ pounds and kneel/bend/stoop/perform physical labor for extended periods
- Ability to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions including heat, humidity, and cold
- Someone who is mechanically inclined, even if only for personal projects
- Eagerness to learn and ability to take direction well
- Someone who is looking for a career, not just a paycheck
