This Privacy Policy (this “Policy”) sets forth how Aqueduct Irrigation, Inc., also known as Aqueduct Irrigation and Southern Light, (“Aqueduct,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information . This Policy is designed to increase transparency, provide both trustworthiness and accountability as well as set forth how your personal data may be used.

Tracking and Monitoring Technologies
Cookies and Web Beacons. We may utilize cookies, web beacons, tracking pixels or other tracking technology on our Site. This is designed to enhance and customize our customer experience. Security

While we have taken reasonable steps to secure the personal information you provide to us, please be aware that despite our efforts, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable, and no method of data transmission can be guaranteed against any interception or other type of misuse. Any information disclosed online is vulnerable to interception and misuse by unauthorized parties. Therefore, we cannot guarantee complete security if you provide personal information. If Aqueduct discovers a breach of system security involving computerized personal information of Tennessee residents, we will provide notice as required by applicable law. Tennessee law generally requires notice to affected Tennessee residents no later than forty-five (45) days after discovery or notification of a qualifying breach, subject to a permitted law-enforcement delay.
Minors
We do not knowingly solicit information from or market to children under the age of 18. If you become aware of any data we have collected from children under the age of 18, please contact us immediately.
Tennessee Residents
The Tennessee Information Protection Act (“TIPA”) applies only to businesses that meet specified revenue and processing-volume thresholds. If Aqueduct is subject to TIPA, Tennessee consumers acting in an individual or household context may have the right, subject to applicable exceptions and verification, to:
- confirm whether Aqueduct processes their personal information and access that information;
- correct inaccuracies in their personal information;
- request deletion of personal information;
- obtain a portable copy of certain personal information previously provided to Aqueduct; and
- opt out of the processing of personal information for targeted advertising, the sale of personal information, or certain profiling.
To make a privacy request, contact us using the information provided herein, and state the privacy right you wish to exercise. We may request information reasonably necessary to verify your identity and authority to make the request. We will respond without undue delay and within the periods required by applicable law. If we deny a request, you may appeal by submitting an appeal to customerservice@aqueductirrigation.com with the subject line “Privacy Request Appeal.” We will respond to an appeal within the period required by applicable law and will provide information about further complaint options if required. TIPA does not apply to all businesses. This Section does not expand statutory rights beyond the circumstances in which TIPA or another applicable law applies.
